Easy on hinge zinc plated with a very strong hinge meant to open the door veetically ( flap door).
A zinc plated finishing for a hinge which not requires boring the door. But easily fitted with screws.

Thickness of the door starting from 16mm on, thickness of the furniture board from 16 to 22 mm
Steel thickness 1,2 mm
Endurance test: 20.000 cycles
Zinc finishing test in salt fog: 8 h white rust 48 h red rust
