How to buy online
Click on any item that you wish to buy. Price is per unit (1 piece). Please, indicate in the space the actual quantity you wish to purchase and put it into the shopping chart. Price is inclusive of 22% VAT, which is charged when buying from Italy and European Union. If you are a company, VAT is not charged. Please, contact our office for detailed price.
To buy online, please fill in the form indicating the item number, color, quantity, address, delivery address ( if different) and telephone number.
Shipping charges are based on the amount of the order as follows:
For orders up to € 299.99 an extracharge will be added in your invoice For any order, starting from 300,00 € up, the delivery is free of charge.
The carrier of shipping is our choice
The amount to be paid is given by the value of the goods + shipping costs if applicable (amount of shipment is according to the type of parcel. We have very small parcel, small parcel and standard parcel). Please, flag the right cost before confirmation.
How to pay we require ADVANCE PAYMENT by bank transfer or Pay-Pal (not yet active).
Shipping time and order confirmation you will receive an order confirmation by mail with the list of items purchased and the date of estimated shipment in 24 working hours from the order. Deliveries are normally due within 5 working days form shipment confirmation.
Deliveries can be made to the address indicated in the order. If the package is damaged you must advise the driver when you receive the goods.
Guarantee
We cover all manufactures guarantees, Should you find the product faulty please send us an email explaining the problem.
Cancellation and returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 10 working days after day of delivery.

The goods must be in their original packaging and unopened. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty.
Law Court
In case of disputes Lecco Law Courts has the exclusive jurisdiction.
